Court served as CEO of Yodle from 2007 to 2016, where he and his team grew the business from $1M to over $200M in revenue. Yodle sold to Web.com in March of 2016 for $342M. Yodle was a leader in local online advertising, that connected small businesses to consumers simply and cost effectively through websites, SEO, email and SEM.
Prior to joining Yodle, Court was COO at Community Connect, a niche social networking company, and before that was SVP of the Marketing Automation division at DoubleClick, where he built DARTmail into a $60 million industry leading email marketing solution that was sold to Epsilon in 2005.
Court received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1997 and a BA in English from Princeton University in 1991.
Prior to Perch, Phil was the Chief Marketing Officer at the fintech lending platform CommonBond, from 2014-2017. In his role he led the marketing, creative, and business development teams and helped scale the business to over $1B in funded loans.
Before joining CommonBond, Phil held ecommerce and digital marketing roles spanning startups and large organizations, including Quidsi (acquired by Amazon), littleBits electronics, and Walmart.com. Across these roles he led direct response marketing, customer retention, and merchandising efforts.
Phil received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and his BA from Vassar College with a degree in economics.
Prior to joining Perch, Sean was a principal at TPG Real Estate, where he focused on platform and portfolio investments in operationally-intensive real estate asset types. During his time with TPG Real Estate, Sean helped lead investment efforts in housing, healthcare, and hospitality real estate throughout the United States, collectively representing several hundred individual properties and more than $1B of aggregate gross asset value.
Prior to TPG Real Estate, Sean was an investment professional in TPG Capital's large cap corporate private equity group. Before TPG, Sean worked at Goldman Sachs in Toronto and New York, where he was in the Financial Institutions Group of the firm's Investment Banking Division. During his time with Goldman Sachs, he focused on mergers and acquisitions of banks and specialty finance businesses.
Sean received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BComm from Queen's University in Kingston, Canada.
Dennis was the first member of the technology team at Yodle, having started with them in 2006. During his tenure there, he saw the tech organization grow to over 100 employees. By 2013, he advanced into the role of leading data at the company. In March 2016, Yodle was acquired by Web.com. More recently, Dennis was a consultant at Andela where he helped them begin their data and analytics program.
Prior to Yodle he attended the University of Pennsylvania where he studied computer science. While there, he was helping with algorithms research for paid search advertising with a professor at the Wharton School.
Dennis received a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University in 2005 and a MSE in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007.
Most recently, Brett was the Head of Business Development at Custora, a CRM and customer analytics platform for retail, travel, and hospitality. Brett joined Custora in 2013 where he scaled the marketing and sales organization and helped establish partnerships with leading brands such as Sephora, Macy’s, and Marriott. Brett also developed effective strategies to enter international markets and create new business verticals.
Prior to joining Perch, Brett was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in digital innovation.
Brett received a BA in Economics and Anthropology from Columbia University where he graduated magna cum laude.
Prior to Perch, Niket was the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Maple, a tech-enabled food delivery company, where he led projects that spanned finance, analytics, operations, and product marketing. Before joining Maple, Niket was a Senior Finance Manager at Yodle, a local online advertising company, where he led financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and corporate development. He was on the deal team that led Yodle's sale to Web.com in March of 2016 for $342M. In a former life, Niket worked as a researcher at NASA and the NSF.
Niket received his BA from Columbia University where he majored in Math and Economics and completed a pre-medical concentration.
As the Head of Platform Product, Drew is responsible for the technology that enables Perch to deliver on its vision of simplifying the way people buy and sell homes.
Prior to joining Perch, Drew was the SVP of Product Strategy & Operations at Tapad, a technology leader in identity management. In this role, he was a key stakeholder for the development and execution of Tapad's overall product vision and strategy while also leading its global platform solutions, professional services, and business development teams.
Before Tapad, Drew gained a broad spectrum of experience in technology companies, ranging from enterprise sales to building a global solutions engineering team. The first five years of Drew's career were spent as an investment banking analyst.
Drew received his BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, with dual concentrations in finance and organizational behavior.
